Shifts

9am-6pm Massage. 100% of work deposit returned after completion of shifts.& full compliance with our operations policy
Job Role

Option 1: Massage Therapist I have worked previous years and my rate of pay per hour has been agreed via WhatsApp., Option 1: Massage Therapist under 3 years experience £12ph of actual massage, Option 1 : Massage Therapist 3-5 years experience £15ph for actual massages completed, Option 1 : Massage Therapist over 5 years experience £17ph for actual massages completed, Option 2 PAYE Fixed Rate of Pay for 30 hours. £360 (plus unto £50 travel and £25 per day food Fri-sun)subject to receipt & completion of shifts and operational compliance.
Womad Festival

I will attend Womad Festival to work.
Green Man

I will attend Greenman Festival to work.
Shambala Festival

I will attend Shambala Festival to work.
Self Employed / PAYE

I confirm I am self employed and responsible for my own tax, Option 2: PAYE I have provided my P45
Food and Travel

I understand Food and Travel can only be paid with PAYE, Self employed subcontractors cannot be paid food or travel.
Arrival Time

I agree to arrive onsite no later than Wed 8pm, as the gates shut and i would be locked in a compound if I arrive late.
Agree to Operations Policy

I agree to comply with the Operations Policy
Car Reg, Make and Model

I have emailed my Car reg, make and model to Ian.
Clothing

I agree to wear company clothing provided.
Criminal Record

I have emailed Ian details of any criminal record I have, and understand that I will be DBS checked.
Drugs&Alcohol

I will not get drunk or consume any illegal drugs while onsite.
Emergency Contact

I have emailed Ian an Emergency Contact
Medical Conditions

I have emailed Ian any Medical Conditions that affect my ability to work.
Medical Information

I agree to inform my manager immediately of any medical situation to might affect my ability to work.
Pack Down

I agree to help pack down the yurts and other equipment.
Payments

I understand i will not be paid onsite and will be paid within 28 days of the contract.
Qualifications & Insurace

I have emailed my insurance and qualifications to Ian (if relevant)
References

I have emailed 2 references to Ian
Signing Hours Off

I agree I will not end my shift each day without having my hours signed off and checking in with any problems I have, direct with my pink lotus line manager (Sammy Terry) (NOT THE FESTIVAL STAFF)
Team Work

I understand there are teams in Pink Lotus and will help the other teams if needed.
Time Keeping

I understand being late for work will result in the loss of part of my deposit.
Team Meeting

I will attend the team meeting 11am on the Thursday.
Behavior

If my actions detrimentally impact the company or our affiliation with the event, I acknowledge that I will be held accountable, forfeiting payment for my services and my deposit
